keys (with usb stick), wallet, cell phones, and sometimes my usb flash drive watch. i hate having stuff in my pockets, so i cut it down as much as possible.
 
left pocket -> cell phone
right pocket -> 1 key fob + 3 keys on keychain and chapstick
rear pocket -> wallet.

I also don't like carrying around too many things, as I tend to dress up and wear some nicer jeans pretty often, leaving me with very little pocket space...in which case I'll probably leave stuff in my coat or something.

left pocket : wallet, usb pen drive

right pocket : cell phone, gum

plus a watch and livestrong bracelet

in my backpack, which i ALMOST always carry around with me:

basic school papers
deoderant
gum
chapstick
pens, calculator
superglue
extra strengh tylenol (i get migranes)
random crap.

the backpack basically functions like a purse (yeah, i said the dreaded word).

 
Cell phone, Keys, Wallet. That's about as much as I have on me at once before I start losing stuff.

Pocketknife and pen drive ride on the keychain.
 
Keys, PDA, Wallet thingy (holds a few bills and some cards like my ID...), Cell Phone, Digital Camera, mint things, USB drive things
