Basically what's always with you when you're out of the house?

I always have my cell phone, USB Pen drive, AMD Pen, and mini pocket sized scew driver set...
 
Wallet
Keys (Home, Parents, Motorbike (+all the locks), car, work, etc)
Ciggies'
USB sticky
Phone
Pen Knife
CD pen
Loose change
Watch
Mental baggage
and my rugged good looks

Pretty much what I do.

Me:

Wallet, card holder (I prefer having a thinner wallet then one stuffed full of cards), keys (house and bike locks yes 4 of them 😛 and other keys) and car keys (dads car and mums car).

And more often then not my iPod.

Change (usually around $2 in various coins)
Two knives (one single-blade one swiss)
Wallet (which is falling apart from all the crap that I carry in it)
Inhaler (acute asthma)
Keys (4 keys and a small penlight on one ring)
Sometimes a pen or pencil.
Sometimes Tic-Tacs

3 maglites, leatherman, wallet, id tags, binoculars, m9 baretta, 45 rounds 9mm ammunition, keys, pen, notebook, handcuffs 😀 usually more stuff too.
