What stripe size to use on my Raid 0

I was wondering what a good stripe size is to use on a raid 0 gaming machine. Im using 2x 250gb sata drives. Currently I just made it 128kb as i just recieved both drives. But i didnt know if a smaller stripe size was better for loading maps on games or a higher stripe would be better. Any input would be greatly apprecieated to improve my raid 0 config.

Im using a p5k motherboard w/ intel matrix raid driver.

There is a trade-off for RAID0 depending on whether you are doing more random reads or writes -- programs -- or processing large files sequentially, as with video rendering. The larger the files, the more advantage from a larger stripe size.

You might be best to choose a compromise between extremes -- IMHO -- and others may have different thoughts . . .
