Well I have to recind my statement. I must have been thinking of another movie. I just loaded it up.

It is Filet Mignon/Tenderloin.
 
I'm going to have to take some pics of my next filet. I buy my steaks locally from a place called Harvest Ranch. I usually get the choice cuts but they also have prime cuts of filet mignon. Best steaks I've ever had.
 
Those are crazy resolutions for a piece of steak.. that is, if the steak was only in part of the screen...

That's almost a perfect medium rare. Just a hair over. You can see the nice red center on the piece his fork is in. It's between medium and medium rare, more on the side of medium rare.

Rest assured that is tendernoin. Looks like it was cooked properly. That nice crust and penetrating gray on the outside with the crust. Good job chef!:thumbsup:

That's almost a perfect medium rare. Just a hair over. You can see the nice red center on the piece his fork is in. It's between medium and medium rare, more on the side of medium rare.

Rest assured that is tendernoin. Looks like it was cooked properly. That nice crust and penetrating gray on the outside with the crust. Good job chef!:thumbsup:

Ya know.... after eating gruel for a few years, I think that I'd turn over Neo to the bad guys for a good cut of meat as well 🙂
