What SSDs does Apple use?

What SSD are delivered in new Macbook Pro-models? At least a while ago, the 512GB-versjon was Toshiba, but not sure if maybe Apple use different models for different capacity.
 
I believe they source them from multiple places, but I have heard that they use Samsung SSDs in some of the systems.
