What SSDs besides Samsung 840 use planar TLC NAND?

P.S. Very surprised to see SM2254 as the controller. I couldn't find that one on the Silicon Motion Website.

Had not heard of the SM2254 previously either and I can't really find any information about it.
But given the name it is probably just a less powerful version of SM2256 or SM2258.
Still, the fact that there is no XT after SM2254 means that it is likely not a DRAMless design which has become so popular lately.

Updated opening post with Patriot Burst...a drive released late 2017.

So planar TLC still being used for a relatively new drive.
