Ram on my 9800 Pro was getting pretty toasty so I threw some ramsinks on it, especially after reading some threads over at rage3d. It's got samsung chips but I have no idea what the speed is. The label on them was:

Samsung 346
K4D(might be a 0, couldn't tell)263238E-6C2A
WVJ215PYA Korea


Any ideas?

Also, has anyone noticed if ramsinks help you oc at all? I used some heatsinks I took of a gainward card (had to cut em up though) which are kinda small but that's about all I could squeeze under the vga silencer. The ramsinks get really hot during games at stock speeds...
 
Cool, thx for the link blastman. Some good info on the pdf. Only heat info I could find says they dissapate 3.3 watts per chip. I guess it feels like 3.3 watts 🙂.
