What sparkles, has three legs & beady eyes?

Our new puppy Jill!!!
We picked her up this afternoon!
She is one year old, and just three weeks ago had to have her front right leg amputated because of a previous broken bone.
She is so sweet, and is only nine pounds. :)
It is a power struggle for the first few minutes for our current dog Lucy who is not the dominant one between the two of them!

I am not sure why we love these dogs that are "unique" or in need of special assistance, but we do and are so happy to have helped this one as well.

damn, I was way off on that one.

That's sweet of you to take in a dog with an amputated leg, not everyone will do that. Talking about power struggles, our miniature poodle (maybe 12 lbs) had quite the attitude towards our first standard poodle (~80lbs) That was something to be witnessed :D

Oh you have such a big heart for taking in that dog! She's adorable. Do you know the breed? She looks like a Miniature Pinscher or maybe Chihuahua.

thanks folks!
i do love this little thing but i know it is hard for Lucy to accept her and for Jill to learn to like Lucy as well.
The funny thing is our beagle LOVE iamwiz82... and basically hates me. This one seems to like him as well, but she has taken a liking to me.
