It can be obtained here, http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/. You'll need to download ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/ghost/AFPL/gs703/gs703w32.exe and ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/ghost/ghostgum/gsv41w32.exe These are links to the x86 binaries.
