What software to check whether my display card's RAM is SDR/DDR?

Good question.
I bought a card on 2nd hand market and I want to confirm the specs.

Should have a model number printed on the PCB or a sticker on it.

Powerstrip can probably do it. AIDA32 I just verified can do it too. Oddly, Sisoft Sandra doesn't seem to show it.
