what software can stress test memory?

I don't need to test CPU, so Prime 95 can't help. I have one Crucial 256M PC133 and one Kingston 256M PC133 running on a CUSL-2 mobo, but I have to put Crucial in band0, Kingston in band1. If I switch, WinXP crashes on loading. I want to stress test the memory so that I can make sure they are OK.
