What slots are u using (P4B266 or -C)?

I am running w2k on my P4B266-C. My linksys NIC is sharing IRQ 22 with the ACPI. I have the following setup:

slot 2- NIC
slot 3- 1394 firewire
slot 4- PCMCIA card reader
slot 6- SB Live

Anybody else? What have you found to be most stable on your rig?
 
I'm working on building a new system with this board. There's a nice table in the manual that explains the PCI resource sharing. Basically (when I get to installing cards), I will do everything to avoid sharing and conflicts. The most important devices will be in non-shared PCI slots.
