What size peltier...

I don't want one for hardcore cooling, just one small enough to cool my cpu at least 10-15 C...

So about what size Watt Peltier should I get, and where can I buy that size peltier at?
 
I have a XP 1800+ @ 1900+ with default voltage (I believe 1.75-1.85) but I was going to overclock it some more with the peltier...
 
You could probably get by with a 156 watt pelt if it's setup properly. I used to recommend dual 120s as that's what I had the best success with. With the availbilty of 220 watt pelts, this is what I would recommend now if you really want to go for it. Be warned, pelts are addictive like overclocking. You may want consider this as you decide on what size to use. Try playing with the Kryotherm software to get an idea of what different pelts will do for your XP. Be sure to take into account the extra CPU heat from and additional overclock or Vcore.

A friend told me that some peltiers can cause condensation forming water, which could damage some of the stuff, with this size peltier or a little bigger do I need to worry? At what size do they start condensating?
 
Anytime the processor goes below ambient there is a risk of condensation. The coldplate is always going to be below ambient so insulating the motherboard, CPU socket, CPU and coldplate is a must. Check your email. I sent a condensation guide with some photos to help you out.
 
The thing you really must remember is that if you DO cascade peltiers, the top peltier must not only dissipate the heat of the processor, but also the heat of the peltier below it. It would be better if you cascaded a smaller on on the bottom, enough to dissipate the heat of the CPU and then put a larger one on top of that (one that can handle the heat produced by both). If you are only looking to go to 10-15C above ambient, then there is no need for cascaded peltiers, one will do just fine, especially the 220W that can be got from sidewindercomputers.com, since it has a temperature difference of >67C between the plates. Also, if you do that, you will need a pretty damned big dedicated power supply that costs about $130.
