I tend to find both those sites pretty accurate about the good/bad points of a game without being unnecessarily biased. Avault is VERY thorough as well.

I like the way this site gives you links to tons of reviews on games, then they take the scores given by those sites to give an average rating for the games. Plus they let readers vote so you get an idea what other players are thinking.
