What sides to make for birthday party?

So apparently I just got hung out to dry for my son's b-day. I already had the meat part taken care of but his mom just called and sides are up to me too seems she is broke.

Anyway besides like chips n dip you guys have any cheap ideas I could throw together in a few hours? Mostly adults coming a few children but not too many.
