What should my DDR frequency be set to

For technical details, my system specs:

Thermaltake 400 watt psu
WD Raptor 70 gig 10k rpm SATA
WD Raptor 34 gig 10k rpm SATA (neither HD is on RAID)
Athlon XP 3400+ clawhammer
Asus K8n-e deulxe mobo
1 gig of ocz industries platinum rev. 2 pc3200 ddr ram
Powercolor radeon x800 pro 256 mb gfx card
ASUS 16x dvd rom

What should I clock my DDR frequency to in the BIOS? if I put it to automatic, it sets it to 133 mhz, which seems wrong. My friend tells me to clock it to 400 mhz, but I said that since it's DDR ram that might be overclocking it to 800 mhz. Any suggestions?

i didnt know any mobos could run at 400 'fsb'
so chances are it is pc3200 level. just try it, worst case scenario is you have to reset cmos

You are right, it is actually double clocking. Set it to 133 means you are getting 266 and so forth.
