From OP's description already sounds like a sausage fest in progress. Dress like going to a decent bar but not a club. Jeans or nice pants, casual button up shirt, decent shoes.
 
semi-dress FTW. start with nice t-shirt and then blazer on top. Gsus or Diesel Jeans to match bottom section of your body.
