I dont know what to think these days.
It seems people in CS complain their jobs are being outsourced to India, and demand is not what it used to be. Which is okay, because while I am rather good in C++, Java and ASP.NET/VB; I hate coding. I can't sit doing the same task for hours on end, especially coding. I am thinking about CIS, but I have hard there is a flood of CIS majors in the job market, making it hard to land a good paying job(lots of other CIS majors willing to accept lower pay).
I would say I have good people skills, and definatly am an extrovert, not the average reserved computer geek. I am up for software or hardware based computer majors, either works for me. As long as it avoids a lot of Math, which I am not very good at.
Any idea's? How about people in the job market, what are employers looking for?
Thanks!
