What Should I have done??

Yesterday, I was heading over to the mall to buy some books at Barnes and Noble. Since it was Saturday, the parking lot was jam packed, it must've taken me 30 minutes to find a parking spot. Anyway, as I was driving around looking for a spot, I noticed a mall security officer writing a ticket for a Camry for parking in a handicapped parking spot. My initial reaction was, that serves you right for trying to park in a handicapped spot. Then I thought it could be some old handicapped person who just forgot to put on the sign so I reserved judgement. I took a spin around the parking lot and came back to the same spot just as that cited car was pulling out. It turns outs that it was a women about 30 years old. Now I felt my anger was justified, so she isn't some handicapped person. She is only a b!tch who wanted selfishly parked in a handicapped spot.

It gets even better, I was following her car when this b!tch suddenly came to a halt at a three way intersection in the parking lot, blocking three other cars, me included. The lady must've just saw the ticket under her windshield wiper. She got out of her car, took the ticket and ripped in half, threw it on the ground, and got back in her car and left. Now I was just stunned, I was behind her so I couldn't stop in front of her car or anything like that but I really wanted to just give it to the b!tch. I was too stunned at her audacity to remember her license plate number. What should I have done??

Cliff Note: Some b!tch gets a ticket for parking in a handicapped spot. As she was leaving, she took the ticket and ripped it half and threw it on the ground.

Maybe she had a bad day, and that was the straw that broke the camels back.

I know the police have it on file, but I just felt like I had to do something. I guess I just felt that her defiance of the law and common decency should be punished with more than just a fine. Btw, it was raining pretty hard too so she might be able to claim she never saw the ticket, or that the rain washed it away etc. . .

Tickets for parking in a handicapped spot carry a pretty nice fine don't they?

There seems to be some type of reciprocity between private institutions and the local municipalities for parking tickets.

When I was in college, the campus "police" gave me a parking ticket. To fight it, I had to go to the county courthouse. There were about 15 students fighting various tickets that day.

Well when she gets a warrant put out for her arrest because of unpaid parking tickets, she'll have a nice suprise for her next time she's pulled over.

At my university, the tickets are only enforceable if you are a student or are otherwise involved with the university. If not, you can throw them away. I would assume that the mall has some sort of agreement with the local municipality to enforce the tickets, as otherwise there would be no way to enforce them. She'll probably get a ticket in the mail.

Was she fat?
?? What does her weight have to do with it?

some people are so fat, they actually claim to be handicapped and i believe they do get the status.
Being fat is not a disability. Being fat is not having the willpower to not eat that 3rd Big Mac at one sitting.

You should have done nothing unless she hurt someone and was getting away unscathed. As it stands, she'll already somehow be forced to pay her fine...and then ome

Many Malls actually have regular Police with a small Pricinct in them.

Hopefully this biatch gets a hefty $300 fine, doesn't pay it and next time she gets pulled over there will be a warrant for her dumba$$ arrest.

That's interesting. I know my old university didn't/couldn't do that... they could withhold your grades if you have unpaid tickets, but that's it.
