what should I get?

I just bought parts for a new system, and they are on their way.
Soyo Tek Dragon + Mobo
Athlon XP 1700
256MB DDR
Generic Case w/ Turbolink 320watt PSU
Now, for some reason, I have $100 more than I anticipated... So, what should I buy? Here is the list of things I still need.

-more RAM
-burner
-dvdROM
-vidcard (i want a geforce3 ti200 or a geforce4 mx460)
I have a voodoo3 3000 pci right now, yuck!
-hdd 40+ gig

Now, what do you guys recommend? I know I don't have any money for the vid card, but should I get the geforce gts-v from newegg for 60, just so I don't have to use the skanky voodoo? (I can put the geforce in my current box when I get the ti200).
