What should I get?

What should I get with a 300$ Budget.

My Specs:

XFX GeForce 6600GT 128 8x AGP
512MB PC2700
60gig MAXTOR 7200RPM
AsRock P4AL-800 478 Socket


What Upgrades should I make? I'm need of a new Motherboard real soon so that could be a thought. My B-day is coming up and I should have about 140$. Then I'm selling my XBOX and all of it's stuff for 200$. But 40$ of that is going to my parents. And I want to upgrade my computer because it has had some "speed" problems.

$100 You can get a gig of DDR400 ram

you can reuse that in an AMD64 system as well as your current ^^

Ram is the least of my worries right now. CPU is one of the things im lacking mostly. And My motherboard is going to hell. I was thinking about getting a AMD A64 3200+ NewCastle and a Decent ASUS/Chaintech Mobo for 110$.

You could get a MSI RS480M2-IL. This would allow you to sell your AGP card too so you can upgrade to a X800 XL ^^

That's what I was thinking Sniper. And Yes "speed" problems in games. Wel... for the most part.
