What should I get for lunch?

i can't eat *too* much since i'm going to the cheesecake factory for dinner

options are:

grocery store (dunno, tv dinner stuff? )
jack in the box
mcdonalds
subway

I always liked the Budget Gourmet frozen entrees. They're light meals too. Get the Szechuan Chicken or Swedish Meatballs.
