i don't know what PSU to throw in with this rig and i need it to be approximitely 60-70 bucks
 
You'll get more responces and it would be easier to help if you list the compnents along with the links. I for one hate having to pull up links to see what item a person has. Especially if it has to be multiple links and i have to jump threw multiple browser tabs.

does anyone know of any that would power the above listed components relatively well for under 80

Yes. That's the whole point of the 20+4, it can be used with either motherboard connector.
 
Gigabyte UD3R

I would go with this Gigabyte board. Some may argue your preselected board is just as good, But I disagree. The UD3R is just AMAZING for its price.

High performance board for mid range prices cannot be beat.
