haha, thats a great idea..

but then again, furureshop seem to have a better deal. If it gets scratched I can just run the firmware updater, pull it out in the middle of the process and be all "WTF MY IPODS BROKEN" and get a free one :/

What is the big deal? Get it engraved, if you sell it within a year, replace it through Apple's Warrenty. They send you a non-customized one back. Just say the battery is having problems..
