both the rum and vodka are albertson's generic brand. The vodka is actually pretty good for how cheap it is

Maybe as a mixer but certainly not for a martini. I would go with Skyy for martinis at the very least. Grey Goose if you have money to burn. It makes the BEST vodka martini.
You have to know how to make a martini though. Here's my recipe: shaker full of ice, add copious amounts of vodka (Grey Goose is preferable), whisper the word vermouth over the top of the shaker and proceed to shake vigorously until your hand is frozen to the side of the shaker. Pour. Enjoy.![]()

yeah, but straight jager is good, but boring. A lot of times when I go out barhopping I start off the night with 3 jager shots.
But LOOK. I made a "martini" but I didn't have a martini glass so i used a wine glass, and I didn't have olives so I sliced up a nectarine.
