I think the only thing to do is embrace it & have a mod here change your username to AndyMan 😀

Seriously though, not that big a deal

what if grandma dies? you'd feel like sh1t had you gotten rid of it.

Keep it, I think its sweet.

Don't sweat it... I don't think it's so bad.

On the other hand, I drive our van more miles than my wife does, but it's her license plate: GOATGURL
It got me out of a ticket (tail light) - the trooper was chuckling when he came up to the window. I looked at him and said, "No, I am *not* goatgurl."

If it wasn't for your grandparents your parents wouldn't be there to be able to supply you such a well-off life. Including your brand new Monte "SS". Thank your grandmother for all of the wonderfull things she's done, keep that tag on your car, and don't forget to kiss your mother on the cheek.

Not a big deal. Keep it.

If you're terribly insecure about it, just tell people you're a "handy man" (Jack of all trades) and your name is Andy. So you thought it would be clever to combine the two and have "Andyman" on your plate for a play on words.

It's a 3.8 litre supercharged v6 illusion. I've had mine for some time now and I got it as a youngin', he'll be okay.

Personalized plates are cool, just be happy that your grandmother was so thoughtful. You shouldn't say anything to her about it. 12

Don't worry. The car isn't going to last past graduation anyways. You are going to total it. It's too much car for you.

A 5.3L V8 that weighs 3500 lbs in the hands of a 16 year old...... You do the math.

If it was me, I would make a big scene over the license plate. cry a lot, bend the plate in half then throw yourself to the ground and start kicking your feet.

Make sure you have someone video tape it and then put it on YouTube.

To the OP, just be extremely careful and don't do anything stupid. Wait, you are a 16 year old male? Nevermind. 31

Get in the car and drive, and be thankful to mom and dad. Don't forget this when your parents are old and need assistance or whatever.
