"Billy won't stop parking his Matchbox car in my garage and Tom keeps washing my car in his car wash!"

Oh, the days of young and toys.

Get a small shipping container, the ones that are about the size of a parking spot. Put it there, lock it and only you have the key. Park inside of it.

This is best idea.

If you are a fat guy like me, you may also need to drive a smaller car to be able to get the doors open wide enough to crawl out. Or, take a moped!

Hatchback or sunroof?
Hatchback or Sunroof are doable, but will slow egress down vs simply using a smaller vehicle.

At 65.8 inches wide, the Alpha Romeo Montreal leaves approx 26.2 inches of clearance to swing a door open.
Otherwise maybe a Giulia GTA would trim a few inches off the width and leave adequate clearance for girthyness.

Otherwise, a Citroen 2CV, which is only 58.3 inches wide will accommodate a fat person nicely, and leave tons of room for all the doors to open, or a Subaru 360 at only 51.2 inches of width!

might as well cut a hole in the side of the container to be able to get on and off teh car easily. It's not like she can park the car through a hole like that anyway.
