Bang on the door until somebody comes by. Tell the, that they'd better

a) turn the music down and be quiet; or
b) invite you to join in the fun

Either way, you'll be better off than you were before. Barring that, you could always throw her shoes down the garbage chute, put headphones on, and look all innocent when she asks you what happened to her shoes.
