What should I do with this mess?

My main pc's mother baord died on me, nForce 2 with daul channel, XP3200, X800XL video card, 2x 512MB of ram I have a second pc with a nForce 2 singal channel ram, Sempron 2800, I was going to just buy a new MOBO for my main PC about $100 CND I'm thinking now maybe I should just transfer all my hardware from my main pc into my other pc and sell my sempron 2800 and buy a new PC down the raod A64 or X2 if I can afford it.

What do you think I should do.

A. Just replace my died mother baord

or

B. Trasfer hardware over and buy new MOBO and CPU better down the raod.
