That's why I always jsut bring a book to read or a laptop while laundry was going at college. Too many people you can't trust.
Of course I'd also just do laundry at like 3AM when no one else was there anyway...

Dam....I put my laundry in the dryer.....left for 5 minutes....came back to put a hand washed shirt in...find that the person who was washing their clothes after me threw my stuff out of the dryer and put his stuff in. My clothes is still soaking wet. Dam....kind of mad that people can be so disrespectful.....

Anti-climatic indeed
The original solution to your problem should have been to just take his clothes. When he put them in your dryer with your time drying them they became your property.

When I was in college, my apartment's laundry room also had the garbage shoot in it. If somebody did this to me I would select an item of clothing and simply throw it away. You can't just toss everything because next time it will be your stuff that is gone. You have to make it look like they just misplaced something.

This got me thinking. When I lived in the dorms my roommate had a pair of boxer shorts stolen from the dryer. Several months later he was removing somebody's dry clothes from the dryer and there were his shorts. Still said "Tyler" on the tag. He took them back and continued to wear them like nothing happened.

Next time just toss in a *small* handful of fiberglass insulation. It'll spread out so that he won't even know it was in there from looking at it. But he'll know when he puts the clothes on!
Bonus ownage if he's got his underwear in that load
