What should I do if someone is threatening to kill me?

This guys sounds unrelenting and incoragable there is really only one course of action to teach him a lesson.

1. File the police report (a couple time if possible) for threats to life (have witnesses)
2. Find him alone and beat the living sh1t out of him with a baseball bat
3. Call the cops

actually there is a step missing step between 2 and 3. punch urself in the eye... then say it was self defense.

Call the cops next time. See what they can do. If he throws a punch though, fight to win. Make it quick, and painful for him. Its no holds barred when I get into a fight...biting, kicking, scratching....call me a pansy, but I'm gonna be the pansy standing and walking away from the fight.

Somewhat true, but i got off becaus he had "shown bad behaviour" towards us and we did have reason to be afraid...

I agree with you, i will walk away unless i have to fight...

ask him WTF is his problem. If he wanted to kill you, he would of done so already i guess. call his bluff. Are you guys really in college? this sounds straight out of high school.
