I need some ideas. Here is a quick description of her.

Generally evil, doesn't care much for people, 5'10" 38C, Shops at Express, Likes movies with "peole dying and sh*t blowing up" (actual quote) Does not like fancy sh*t much ie: jewelery, is 21 years old into graphic design/digital imaging. Umm, I cant' think of anything else yet.

no, I dont think the army would be such a good idea and a gift certificate might be kinda lame as we've been together for 4 years now. I guess i just wanna find her something different. As of now I am building her a new "modded" pc with a heart shaped window and red neon, fanbus, painted... and so on

Damned good deal. It's got the 'coolness' factor to it (since she's a graphic design junky) and definitely will help her if she's a busy person.

Or you could buy her a Semi-Automatic Handgun? If she's the kind of Chick I think she is (based on your description), the handgun would be a MAJOR turn-on to her!
 
my gf is similar in that she's not the typical prissy / cheerleader kind of girl. i've dated a lot of the girly girls, and i actually prefer the harder edge.

as for xmas, maybe try something different. i bought my gf a musical jewlery box for her b-day and a gold heart and chain locket last year for xmas. suprisingly, she really liked them. maybe your girlfriend would think something like that was special because it came from you.

Same here. Got me a "non-typical" woman. First date we had we ended up having a wrestling match in the snow and wound up tumbling down a 300 foot hill.

But anyway - Nothing says "I love you" better than leather....tight leather. Whether that be gloves, pants, or a jacket, it's up to you and your budget. A nice leather jacket can really set off that "badass" persona you say she has 🙂
 
If she's really into the whole blowing things up, shooting stuff, etc.. take her out to a paintball place and go out together to go shoot some people. a ski trip is always fun too. she's already probably got a digital camera if she;s into the digital imaging, maybe grab a couple of lenses or addon's for that.

Leather.

The leather biker jacket I gave my wife 10 years ago is worn down to sh!t...she won't take it off. Looks great.

Hell, it smells great. Screw the girlie stuff, they love leather

I always try to get doing presents rather than gifty ones. A nice night out at a cool restaurant (in a neighbouring city), a tandem sky dive, bungee jumping and a mystery weekend panning for gold in a Shanty town are some of the things i have shouted in the last 12 months.

Even evil people like to be thrilled, go for the Skydive
 
As a personal advise, I would go with a set of nice fragrances, something like "Este Lauder Pleasures" or "CK Eternity". You'll never be wrong with that 🙂

you know the ink is probably the best idea so far. I got her some tattoos for our 4 year anniversary, she loves em.
