What shortcuts do you have on your mouse?

I have an intellimouse optical that I think I would die without. The two extra buttons on this beast make my computing experience the tits. I assigned the two extra buttons with copy and paste and the wheel click is autoscroll/open link in new background tab. So if your mouse has extra buttons what do you use them for?

Two buttons + scroll wheel is all i need. But that scroll wheel is damn important. I used a nonscrollwheel mouse today and i nearly lost my mind

I have an MX500. I have one of the side buttons for the Start Menu, the other is Back in browsers. I use the Quick Scroll buttons and have the speeds set to maximum so I can go to the top or bottom or a page extremely quickly. The other button maximizes the current window.

Intellimouse also. Small button for close program, and the larger for Back. Scrollbutton is for [End] since I browse a lot of threads more than once.

^ same here, I've grown so accustomed to mouse gestures that I can't go back to IE even if they secure that b!tch up.
