What settings should i set for my SGS3 camera for the best picture quality?

So i just got an SGS3.

I changed a couple of the settings that i thought were obvious:

Anti-Shake: On
IMage Quality: Superfine

A couple i wasn't so sure about:

Auto Contrast: On or off?
Metering: ?? Matrix?

Anything else?
