what settings do you use to check yahoo mail with MS Outlook

as far as i know you will have to signup for a pop account which cost $$$

No settings will work. You need a third-party application such as Web2Pop or Yahoopops to receive mails from yahoo using Outlook.

If you have SBC/Yahoo DSL, these are the settings:
pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com
smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com

If you don't have DSL through them, you need to pay for pop access I think.

I use YahooPOPs and it works great. Very easy to set up.
