I bought a video card from a guy in india. He has provided me his address and if needed, he can provide me his bank account information as well. What's the best method to send money there? Thanks.

get his bank name, account, and routing number

go for western union money transfer .its the fastest transfer .it takes less than 30 min .and more else u dont need his bank account . he will recieve money from the western union agent in india . for more check out www.westernunion.com
