What restaurants have consistently given you bad service?

Was reading some bad customer service stories on reddit and this came to mind.

Buffalo Wild Wings, every single time I go whether its on game day or not, has the worst service ever. My drinks never get refilled, my drinks take forever to get to my table, the food takes 30-40 minutes to be done and for some reason its not even hot when it gets there. This is from multiple locations. Ive since refused to go which before I only went because my friends did. Started buying their sauce and making home made wings for game days instead.

My local BWW is shit too. Food is meh, service is horrid.

Applebees either has good food or good service, NEVER both at the same time.

Eh the last BWW I went to the service was quick, drinks refilled regularly, and food was hot.
There's a local restaurant... really good food, but they are so slow, like an hour + sometimes from ordering to eating.
I don't care to much, since I can just go out and do whatever or simply relax, but it has to be killing their business.

Which leads to the question of why you keep going back. What incentive do restaurants have to offer good service if idiots spend their money there anyway?

No restaurants consistently give me bad service, fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. I don't give them a chance to do it consistently.

lately... buffalo wild wings and all the other "theme" restaurants it seems nowadays ... long wait for food thats cold, empty drinks, rude young cutesy waitresses.

you figure with the economy as bad as it is they would hire people that actually have a half decent work ethic. then again there is that crowd of folk that go places specifically for the over-talkative cutesy waitresses.

Waffle house, and why is it that even brand new ones look like they haven't been cleaned in 20 years?

I have a 2 strike rule for restaurants myself since one (unless it's extremely bad) might be too harsh. A restaurant has two chances to give me decent service, if I get bad service two visits in a row I won't be back for a third. I find that this has made it so that I really don't have this issue with getting bad service. Helps that I'm known as a good tipper at the restaurants that give exceptional service.

Chilies, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Wild Wing Cafe(Now closed).

Outback, On the Border, and Zaxby's are hit or miss.

On the other hand I've had consistently great service at Longhorn Steakhouse, Logan's Roadhouse, and Chick-fil-a. Also most of the local joints are spot on.

My friend is a store manager, so we hit different ones to see the different service levels in corporate V franchise.

Also they serve cold beer, fried chicken, and have televisions. They are a growing chain in this down economy for a reason....it just happen to be their service.

The only time I get bad service is when I'm with a large group. Tips get automatically added on, so there's no incentive for the waitress to give a damn, and they usually don't.

One Panera bread I go to just can't seem to get an order correct. The other 2 in town are great, but this one simply can't do it to save their life.
I get alot of free food there.

Consumer Reports just rated BWW the worst chain style restaurant. And the worst seafood was taken by Joes Crab Shack. I agree on both counts.

both of my local Burger Kings are HORRIBLE, you might as well go to a sit down restaruant they are so slow and braindead. I gave up on them a long time ago.

Also, Ruby Tuesday. I rarely go but every 6 months or so the wife gets a Buy 1 Get 1 Free coupon thing so we go in.

Bad service is far more common then good service. That's why I stick to a few places where I know it's good
