The partner's been busting our asses this whole week and he said we can (3 of us) have any meal anywhere on the company card. My list so far is Ruth's Chris, Mastro's, Delmonico's, Morton's, Pacific Dining Car, The Palm, and Lawry's. So it's basically either Prime Steak, Seafood, or Lawry's. Any recommendations?

EDIT: I didn't emphasize the part where there's no $ limit. I can get $50 steak or a 3 pound australian lobster tail.

Fact: We don't really have restaurants like that in Nebraska.

isn't nebraska where all the corn-fed prime beef come from?

Red Car Brewery. Although, it's in Torrance. Pepperoni pizza and their India Pale Ale. OMG I've got to go back.

lawry's or mortons.. although i don't think you can get reservations for those places this late right? dont you have to reserve like.. 2 months in advance or some sh!t? if not those, go to ruth's chris... i've never been, but i hear it's hella good.. and yes, go for steak over seafood.. although LA does have some really good seafood

i've been to both lawry's and morton's without reservations. We may have to reserve for ruth's though.

Ruths Chris isn't that great. Its good, but not great. You might want to consider Matsuisha on La Cienega.

hmmm...i forgot about considering sushi...

Patina on Melrose. Best restaurant in LA.

Campanile on La Cienega is very good, great atmosphere great food.

La Cachette and Melisse are worth mentioning, too.
