1600x1200@85hz on my main monitor. Probably gonna make me blind but hell i'm a CS major, probably my destiny. 800x600@60hz on my other monitor
 
1152x864x32 with 100Hz ref. rate

Anything above that and the nVidia factor kicks in. Oh, and this is the CORRECT aspect...😉
 
1280X1024X32@85Hz on a 19" PF790

for games, because well, my Geforce DDR can't run decent fps (60 or higher) on 1280x1024, so for games it's 1024x768
 
1280X1024 for desktop (would go higher, but I have a crappy monitor cable, which leads to ghosting)
1280X1024 or 1600X1200 for games
