How does the refesh rate compare to FPs????....some of my games look choppy at 80fps....could this be because My monitor is sh!t and only supports 60hz @1280x1024

That limits you to 60 fps. My screen does 100hz at 1024x768, which was why I was reluctant to switch to a higher res. and drop down to 85hz. I can't stand anything below 85, and I really prefer 100+.
