hello I neeed to build a sistem to work in grphic and content creation.. and video editing and all theses stuff. SO I dont know wich system have better performance ( stock , not overclocker ), beter Stablility ..... ( I´not gamer or overclocker )

Sounds like a lot of multimedia... I would definitely get an Intel setup for this type of work.

Your only choice for what you are doing is the Intel setup.

Either one would be really good, but for a situation like this where you are requiring absolute stability and compatibility, as well as speed, an Intel setup will rock.

Intel CPU + Intel Chipset = badass
