Meal prep for what? Healthy eating is pretty simple. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Eliminate processed foods. Cut back on red meats and dairy. Use a tool like myfitness pal or Cronometer to track your macros and dial in your diet to cover all your RDA of micronutrients.

I'm not sure how that's relevant to my question. I'm asking about recipes, not how to eat.

You need to answer the first question though. Without knowing what you are "prepping" for how would anyone know what recipes or blogs to share with you?

I do like to eat out & enjoy junk food, although I try to make the majority of my diet (1) homemade, and (2) using whole foods (meat, veggies, fruit, grains, nuts, etc.). I use appliances to speed things up & make things taste better; they make cooking a lot easier. The #1 appliance I would recommend is an Instant Pot (electric pressure cooker), followed up by an Anova (sous vide machine). Those two items help me cook healthy, tasty meals on a regular basis.

I just look at pinterest these days. I don't really eat a whole lot of anything you'd call "health food" though. I do look for things that I know will be low carb and high protein, but that could come from anywhere. When it comes to healthy versions of things I like, I'd generally rather just eat the real deal and restrict my intake of calories somewhere else to compensate. As long as the centerpiece is meat and vegetables, I'm pretty ok with it for the most part. I find that when you watch your macros, all that other stuff tends to work itself out.

My definition of healthy is cook everything you eat (and eat what you want) from scratch and little to no junk/processed foods. I like a lot of the recipes on Simply Recipes. I found her site while searching for a chicken piccata recipe (excellent, BTW), and have made a bunch of recipes, all with success. Baked ziti, chicken parmesan, chicken fajitas (I make this weekly), vegetable lasagna, Guinness beef stew, hamburger stroganoff. All good stuff, and can likely be adjusted for healthier results.
