I can't find a decent rambus mobo.

Are there any mobos that supports FSB 800 and latest rambus?

short answer: no

Although you could get a P4T533 to run in 200FSB mode, but you need PC1200 RDRam.

Nope.

Asus P4T533 has unofficial FSB up to 255, so thats the only board that comes close.

With dual-channel DDR 400 there is no longer a reason to use Rambus (ed) .... to overcome the bandwidth limitations of single-channel DDR.

Yeah but ddr is cheaper than rambus :p

i'm trying to price an insanely expensive system - hence using p4 etc. i'm not actually going to get this
guess i'll have to go with a crapload of ddr instead. :(

Insanely expensive? It's hard to get a truly insanely expensive motherboard that's not packaged in a system.

How about a Super Micro X5DPL-8GM with 6GB (or, worse, 12GB) of registered PC2700.

I'm guessing your building a system for someone? Why not just mark the price up a bit ( a lot)
