What RAM should I get?

I've done quite a bit of research and have changed my mind a lot, and I've decided on two things so far.

-Athlon 64 3000+
-Chaintech VNF3-250

What type of RAM should I be getting? I'll be doing a lot of gaming and maybe some video editing, and I plan to overclock to about 2.4Ghz if I can, though I've never tried. I know Corsair makes good RAM, and I've also looked at Mushkin and Kingston, but I really don't know.

Does that even exist? I found the Mushkin PC3500 Level 1 RAM and some OCZ PC3500 EB RAM, but not the Mushkin EB PC3500.
