uh, how about cas 2.5, 3-3-10? ( I can never remeber which timings are what except for the cas latency)

run default spd of 2.5-3-3-7 for max stability.

you can toy around with 2-3-3-6 and see if its stable.

Just set it to SPD or Auto. The ram manufacturershave it internally coded (the SPD thingy) so you don't have to.

If you know what you are doing, or want to experiment, set it to expert or manual and play with the timings.
