What ram for ocing 2.4b?

Id like to keep the cost under $120 per 512mb, im getting 1 gb. Im not exactly sure which mobo im going with at this point. Im looking for the highest possible stable OC. I know OC'ing isn't an exact science, but if anyone could point me towards something, I would appreciate it.

how bout 512 stick of XMS, they were $99 @ googlergear last weekend. i bet if u wait a little, it'll go back down to $99.

You should get 2 identical sticks whatever you do so you can run DualDDR in the future. 2x256 or 2x512MB would work good..

I recommend Kingston Hyper-X or the XMS... I've had no problems with my Hyper-X but I haven't personally tried XMS.... but I've always liked Corsair.
