What RAM for a 800 Mhz bus ?

I've decided getting a P4 2,4 800 Mhz FSB. What kind of RAM will I need? DDR 3200 ?

After initial LL compatability issues, is it worth getting LL modules vs the regular corsair XMS ? Does it make a difference if I get a springdale (865) vs a canterwood (875) ? I'm thinking about P4C800 vs P4P800s.

Not sure what to say for you, ChefJoe, but oynaz, remember to also get two sticks of the same type so it can use dual channel ram otherwise yo u'll only get 400mhz of the 800mhz FSB.
