What ram are people using with E6300 and DS3? what OC are you getting?

I will soon be upgrading my computer, getting E6300, mostlikely DS3, X1800 xt, 2GB of ram. Just having a hard time figuring out what ram to get, I would like to spend around 150, for some quality ram that will allow me to overclock my E6300 a good bit.

I was hoping I could get some posts of what different people are running and what sort of speeds they are getting.

It worked for me to update the bios and put my ocz back in.
