Holy crap I was just gonna post that one before I opened the thread. I have it written on the whiteboard in my office, and bitchslap other programmers who want to "help" a project by refactoring something that has already been tested and is ok, while ignoring critical to-do items that they cant figure out. The seem to want to "look busy" by doing SOMETHING whereas they arent actually progressing the project.
