Okay, let's assume by definition a "Quick Draw McGraw" is a man who shoots his pistol within X minutes when being with someone else in the firing range. What should be the value of X? Is it 5 minutes? 10 minutes?
Also, I heard that guys with small pistols tend to fire faster than guys with 356 magnums. I'm worried this might be the case for me. Now, I've only been in the firing range solo but I've timed myself and sometimes I have fired my pistol within 1 minute. Is the firing rate of being in the firing range by yourself usually faster than when you're in the firing range with someone else?
What's the quickest you guys have fired your gun (either by yourself or with someone else in the firing range)? Do you usually fire faster by yourself or with someone else?
If you tend to fire quickly is it possible to train yourself not to fire so fast when someone else is in the firing range? Thanks for any info.![]()

Kind of like a .357 magnum, only slightly smaller and non-existent.

wouldn't a colt .45 be a bigger revolver?? or does it just take a bigger bullet?

The bullet of a .45 is larger in diameter, but the shell is much smaller (contains less gunpowder and therefore the bullet travels much slower).

There are literally thousands of firing techniques to perfect your shooting skills.
Personally, it depends on my shooting partner. I've gone as long as 4 hours in the range before discharging any rounds. But that was because I was on antidepressants, which really make it hard to pull the trigger.
Sometimes, I can fire three, maybe four rounds without putting down my pistol.

It's funny you mentioned that, I used to be on Prozac and I could last for hours and hours.... at the range, of course. I could control my shots so well.

Doesn't your partner's arm get sore?

And the modern Colt .45's that police and the military uses isn't a revolver, it's a semi-automatic. But there was an old Colt .45 in the wild west days I believe.

Oh, btw, and if you're this worried about being a premajure ejaculator, you're going to never get laid because you can't get it up on account of you being too terrified of your partner laughing at you. Stop thinking about it so much. When you get laid, you get laid. It won't be the only time in your life, I'm sure, and you'll get plenty of chances to perfect your technique.
Nerd.

Bigger bullet can be defined many ways, among them:
weight of the bullet
circumference of the bullet
length of the bullet
overall size of the bullet
A 45 will always be wider across than a 357 prior to be fired.

Automatics aren't allowed in this range, buddy.
